Overview

Coordinate and supervise the merchandiser team. Visit points of sale to ensure proper product display. Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaigns and promotions. Monitor inventories and report replenishment needs. Train the team in merchandising and customer service practices. Maintain relationships with retailers and negotiate better display space.

Job Requirements
Good communication Previous experience as a supervisor in the mass consumption sector. Demonstrated leadership skills and decision-making ability. Knowledge of inventory control and visual merchandising. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Organizational and negotiation skills. Full-time availability Monday to Friday.
