About the role

Seeking a skilled Mercedes-Benz mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain Mercedes vehicles to manufacturer standards while ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery. The ideal hire has hands-on dealership or specialist workshop experience on German luxury vehicles and is proficient with modern diagnostic tools and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, maintain, and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles to factory standards using approved procedures. Perform routine maintenance services including inspections, fluid changes, brake service, and scheduled intervals. Utilize modern diagnostic tools and scanners; follow manufacturer standards and repair manuals for accurate troubleshooting. Perform engine, transmission, brake, and suspension work with strong fault-finding capability.? Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems and components as needed. Complete repair orders, document findings, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.? Conduct quality checks and road tests to confirm repairs before delivery when required.?

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience specifically with Mercedes-Benz at a dealership or specialist workshop in the GCC/UAE. Proven experience with German/luxury vehicles and adherence to manufacturer standards. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and scanners used in professional workshops.? Ability to perform major and minor repairs across powertrain, chassis, and related systems.? Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.? Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus. Valid UAE driving license preferred.?

Preferred qualifications

Mercedes or equivalent OEM certification and prior dealership training/courses. Documented GCC/UAE luxury workshop experience and familiarity with regional standards. Advanced electrical/diagnostic capabilities for complex faults.
