We are seeking a skilled MEP/Civil Site Engineer to oversee, coordinate, and manage civil and MEP works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction and installation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate civil and MEP construction activities on-site.
Ensure work compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and local regulations.
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and maintain daily progress reports.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
Identify potential risks and propose corrective actions to avoid delays or quality issues.
Assist in cost control, resource planning, and procurement of materials as needed.
Coordinate testing and commissioning of MEP systems and civil structures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer in MEP and/or civil projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Familiarity with project management software and MS Office.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
Ability to work on-site under varying conditions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Professional engineering license or certification (if applicable).
Familiarity with sustainable construction practices or green building standards.
