The role includes performing the following functions:
Mechanical:
Inspect and diagnose issues with mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, and piping system
Troubleshoot and repair leaks in pipes and fitting
Install new mechanical equipment such as air handlers, chillers, and boilers
Civil and Architectural Works:
Installation of interiors such as Furniture, TV, ceiling works (gypsum), lighting fixtures, etc
Electrical:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including electrical panels, circuits, and wiring
Inspect and diagnose issues with electrical equipment such as motors, generators, and lighting systems
Install new electrical equipment such as lighting fixtures, outlets, and switches
Test electrical systems to ensure they meet safety standards
Plumbing:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
Inspect and diagnose issues with water heaters, and other plumbing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair leaks in pipes and fixtures
Install new plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and faucets
