MEP Technician (Multi-Skilled)
Job Summary:
The MEP Technician is a multi-skilled professional with broad knowledge across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. This role focuses on general maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs across all MEP disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance on a variety of MEP equipment.
Assist specialized technicians (HVAC, Electrician, Plumber) with major repairs and installations.
Respond to and resolve maintenance requests related to MEP systems.
Conduct basic electrical tasks (e.g., bulb replacement, fuse changes), plumbing tasks (e.g., unclogging drains, repairing leaks), and mechanical tasks (e.g., belt replacement, filter changes).
Monitor and report on the condition of MEP systems to the supervisor.
Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a general MEP field.
Must be a flexible team player with a strong all-round understanding of building services.
Ability to diagnose and resolve cross-disciplinary issues efficiently.

General Requirements for All Positions:
Immediate Joining: Must be available to start on short notice.
Passport: Must have a valid passport with a minimum of 8 months validity.
Language: Proficient in spoken and written English is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field.
