Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

MEP Technician

to support the maintenance and technical operations of a group of restaurants in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure all facilities, kitchen equipment, and systems are operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular inspections of restaurant facilities to identify maintenance needs. Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and other restaurant machinery. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Coordinate with restaurant management to order replacement parts and equipment. Prepare and implement weekly maintenance schedules, assigning tasks based on workload. Liaise with relevant authorities to obtain required permits for maintenance or repair work. Supervise and ensure timely completion of all repair and maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, ensuring proper storage. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Follow up on completed maintenance and repair activities to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Maintenance Technician or MEP Technician, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of repairing and maintaining kitchen equipment and HVAC systems. Familiarity with local regulations and procedures for obtaining maintenance permits. Solid understanding of health and safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Proficient in

MS Office

, email, and other related software tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
