Job Title: MEP Cum Driver

Job Summary

The MEP Cum Driver is responsible for performing minor Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance tasks while also supporting the company's transportation needs. The role involves ensuring the proper functioning of basic MEP systems and safely driving company vehicles as required.

Key Responsibilities

MEP Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Assist senior technicians with installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Inspect and maintain lighting, switches, outlets, wiring, and basic HVAC components. Conduct basic plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and clearing blockages. Report major issues to supervisors and coordinate with specialized technicians when needed. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition. Follow safety rules, standards, and company procedures while performing MEP tasks.

Driving Responsibilities:

Safely operate company vehicles for staff transportation, material delivery, and site visits. Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced on time. Follow all traffic rules and regulations. Keep vehicle logs, fuel records, and maintenance schedules. Assist in loading and unloading materials or equipment when required.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of MEP systems (Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical). Valid UAE (or relevant country) driving license. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Ability to handle minor repair tasks independently. Good communication and time-management skills. Physically fit and able to work on-site when required. Safety-conscious with attention to detail.

Working Conditions

Work may involve indoor and outdoor tasks. Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or shifts if needed. Ability to travel between company sites as required.
