Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Review, design, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for industrial facilities.Lead technical coordination between Civil and MEP disciplines using BIM workflows to resolve clashes and design conflicts.Prepare technical reports and support procurement, submittals, and execution of MEP works.Develop, update, and manage BIM models in line with project standards and deliverables.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) from an internationally recognized university.Professional Experience: 7-10 years of experience in a Technical Office or Design Coordination role, preferably on industrial or large-scale infrastructure projects.BIM Expertise (Mandatory):Proven hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies.Strong understanding of BIM Maturity Levels, preferably BIM Level 2 or above.Ability to work in compliance with LOD (Level of Development) standards including LOD 300, LOD 400, and LOD 500.Experience in producing coordinated construction documentation directly from BIM models.Software Skills: Proficiency in:Autodesk Revit (BIM)AutoCADMS ProjectMicrosoft Office SuiteLanguage Skills: Excellent command of English for technical communication, reporting, and coordination.
