Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MEP specialization preferred)
Minimum 12 years' experience in MEP design coordination and project delivery within fit out / MEP contracting
Proven track record managing large scale high-end/luxury projects
Strong technical knowledge of all MEP systems and integration in interior fit out projects
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of UAE authority approval processes and standards
Must be currently based in the UAE with valid local experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all MEP design coordination and technical aspects across multiple fit out projects
Oversee the design review process, ensuring alignment between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
Manage coordination between design consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
Review and approve technical submissions, material submittals, and shop drawings
Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, codes, and best engineering practices
Provide expert technical guidance to project and site teams throughout all project stages
Identify and resolve design conflicts efficiently to maintain project timelines
Support project planning, budgeting, and execution from a technical perspective
Drive value engineering and optimization solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
