MEP Supervisor
Job Summary:
The MEP Supervisor will oversee a team of technicians, coordinating all MEP activities on site. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and safety targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, schedule, and assign tasks to a team of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing technicians.
Coordinate with project managers and engineers to plan and execute MEP works.
Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with design specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.
Review and approve work reports, material requests, and timesheets.
Train and mentor junior technicians.
Act as the primary point of contact for MEP-related issues on shift.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in MEP, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of all MEP systems and their interdependencies.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and schematics.
Experience with project management software is an advantage.

Passport: Must have a valid passport with a minimum of 8 months validity.
Language: Proficient in spoken and written English is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field.
