Directs maintenance crew and provides mechanical assistance to all buildings within the Client\'s properties. Repairs, maintains, and assists in any problem-solving issues of the mechanical, plumbing, or electrical systems. Supervises and manages the performance of the employees and manages the client\'s expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance supervisors oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other building systems. They may be responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed. Maintenance-related duties include performing initial evaluations of building systems and distributing work assignments.
Supervisors hire workers, organize schedules, and assign work activity. They may perform training to ensure individuals have all the requisite skills. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance procedures and maintaining personnel records. Supervisors evaluate each worker\'s performance to ensure quality operations. They also investigate accidents and prepare relevant reports.
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
Includes responsibility for scheduling and directing all routine and emergency repairs, plus preventive maintenance for associated equipment.
Provides lighting by maintaining electrical lighting fixtures and all outlets.
Provides support by responding to requests for mechanical, plumbing and electrical problems.
Complies with electrical and building codes by adhering to requirements, advising management on needed actions.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking material stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for material; reviewing and approving invoices.
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhances facilities services and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Maintain clean and safe work environment; performs job safely.

QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent.
Certifications in any of the following are highly preferred: electrical or mechanical.
