Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

MEP Supervisor

and

Electro-Mechanical Engineer

to join our facility management team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), strong leadership and technical skills, and a valid UAE driving license. This role requires the ability to manage day-to-day operations, oversee maintenance teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of MEP works in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Diagnose issues, propose solutions, and carry out repair and maintenance work where required. Manage a team of technicians and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and MEP layouts. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Prepare and maintain reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and site conditions. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and procurement of materials. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests. Ensure proper documentation and handover of completed works.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering. Minimum

2 to 3 years of proven UAE experience

in a similar role within the

Facility Management industry

. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire-fighting, plumbing, and BMS systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Valid UAE Driving License

is mandatory. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Familiarity with CAFM systems and maintenance reporting tools is an advantage.
