Key Responsibilities
Supervise electrical works for interior fit-out projects (commercial / residential)
Execute works as per approved shop drawings, layouts, and specifications
Coordinate with fit-out teams, MEP engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor manpower productivity and material usage on site
Ensure installations comply with DEWA / local authority standards
Conduct inspections, snag clearance, and handover support
Enforce site safety and quality control requirements
Report daily site progress to the Project Engineer / Project Manager
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of Gulf experience
as MEP / Electrical Supervisor
Mandatory fit-out project experience
(interiors, villas, offices, retail, etc.)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems: lighting, power, containment, ELV coordination
Ability to read and interpret electrical and fit-out drawings
Good communication and site coordination skills
Immediate joiners preferred
