Mep Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for candidate with extensive knowledge and working experience in MEP field.
MEP Supervisor with 4-5 years UAE/Gulf experience is required.
Hands on knowledge and experience in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil etc.
Manage, motivate, develop and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff.
Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules, guidelines and regulations.
Determine time and cost estimates for MEP jobs.
Allocate and schedule manpower for various preventive and reactive works to efficiently execute the work in order to maximize productivity.
Provides front line technical support to the asset ensuring that the troubleshooting is managed efficiently and effectively.
Provides technical support when needed with on-call and/or weekend coverage support.
Great Interpersonal/Communication skills
Mechanical engineering Diploma / Degree.
Must have United Arab Emirates valid driving license for LMV.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
UAE/GULF: 2 years (Preferred)
