Job Role: MEP Supervisor

Supervision & Installation

- Oversee MEP system installations, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

Quality Control

- Inspect work quality, identify issues, and ensure compliance with industry codes.

Scheduling & Coordination

- Manage work schedules, resources, and coordinate with contractors and engineers.

Safety Management

- Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Troubleshooting

- Resolve MEP system issues and collaborate with engineers for solutions.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain project records, submit progress reports, and highlight risks.

Material & Equipment Management

- Oversee procurement, storage, and proper use of materials.

Collaboration & Communication

- Liaise between management, site workers, and other teams.

Commissioning & Testing

- Supervise system testing to ensure functionality before handover.

Training & Development

- Guide junior staff and enhance team skills.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems

Ability to read

MEP drawings & BOQs

Expertise in

installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance

Understanding of

local codes & standards

(DEWA, ADDC, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense)

Leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills

(English required, Arabic is a plus)

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree

in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

3+ years GCC experience

in MEP supervision (construction, facilities management, or real estate projects preferred)

Age below 45
