Job Description
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent.Experience:
3-5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in construction/renovation projects.Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing,Joinery and fire-fighting systems. Familiar with MEP shop drawings and coordination drawings. Proficient in MS Office,Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools.Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Completion of MEP activities within schedule and budget. Plan and schedule MEP activities in line with the master project plan. Ensure installation work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. Support in testing and commissioning of all MEP systems. Maintain daily progress reports and manpower logs. Prepare material requests, track deliveries, and manage site inventory. Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
