Job Description
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent.Experience:
3-5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in construction or facilities management projects.Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, Joinery and fire-fighting systems. Familiar with MEP shop drawings and coordination drawings. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Supervise all MEP works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, HVAC) at site. Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other engineering disciplines to prevent conflicts. Review MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with approved designs. Support in testing and commissioning of all MEP systems. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, daily logs, and quality checklists. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on site repare material requests, track deliveries, and manage site inventory. Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections. Submit progress updates to Project Engineer or MEP Manager.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
