We are looking for a skilled MEP Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, installation, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role involves supervising technicians, ensuring work quality and safety compliance, and coordinating with clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise MEP technicians and daily site activities Ensure proper installation and maintenance of MEP systems Conduct inspections and maintain documentation Enforce safety standards and quality control Communicate with clients and support project delivery
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field 5+ years of MEP supervisory experience (preferably in FM) Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Good leadership, communication, and technical skills Proficiency in CMMS is a plus
