We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

MEP Supervisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities for construction projects, ensuring that all systems are installed and maintained according to design specifications, codes, and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day MEP maintenance activities across facilities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pumps, etc.). Plan, assign, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for technicians and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and client requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits of MEP systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Coordinate with soft services, subcontractors, and client representatives for smooth execution of FM operations. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime. Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations, risk assessments, and method statements during maintenance works. Maintain accurate records of work orders, PPM schedules, equipment history, and material usage . Assist in staff training, performance evaluation, and technical guidance for the maintenance team.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge of Hard FM systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, pumps, etc.). Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
