Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, monitor, and coordinate MEP activities on-site to ensure timely completion. Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements. Plan daily/weekly work schedules and allocate tasks to the MEP workforce and subcontractors. Inspect installation works for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems. Ensure materials, tools, and equipment required for MEP works are available on time. Coordinate with civil/fit-out teams to avoid clashes between structural, architectural, and MEP services. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and authority regulations. Attend site meetings with consultants, clients, and contractors to report progress and resolve issues. Prepare site reports, progress updates, and snag lists related to MEP works. Support testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
