MEP Supervisor
Job Summary:
The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Supervisor oversees the technical team and contractors responsible for the maintenance and operation of all MEP systems within a facility. This role ensures these critical systems are reliable, efficient, and compliant with all regulations, minimizing disruption to building operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of FM Engineers and Technicians, providing guidance and assigning tasks.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance for MEP systems.
• Coordinate and manage specialized subcontractors for maintenance and repair projects.
• Monitor the performance of MEP systems using the Building Management System (BMS) and analyze data to optimize efficiency.
• Develop and manage the MEP maintenance budget, controlling costs for labor and materials.
• Review technical specifications for spare parts and equipment.
• Ensure all MEP activities comply with local codes, standards, and HSE requirements.
• Respond to and resolve escalated MEP-related issues and emergencies.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance work, system histories, and warranties in the CMMS.
• Conduct regular inspections of MEP plant rooms and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Significant experience in MEP maintenance, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
• Extensive technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, and control systems.
• Strong understanding of BMS/CMMS systems.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and vendor management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
