Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works on site. Ensure that all installations and activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines to resolve technical and coordination issues. Monitor daily progress and prepare site activity reports. Review shop drawings and material submittals for compliance with design specifications. Assist in planning and scheduling MEP activities in line with overall project timelines. Conduct inspections and quality control to ensure workmanship standards are met. Identify and rectify issues or delays in the installation process. Ensure availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain site documentation, including inspection logs, test reports, and red-marked drawings. Ensure proper implementation of health and safety procedures. Train and supervise technicians and skilled laborers on best practices.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in [commercial/residential/hospitality/industrial] projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and building codes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
