: United Arab EmiratesGolden Hights, a leading interior fit-out and renovation company in the UAE, is seeking an experienced and proactive MEP Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Job
Responsibilities
:Supervise, coordinate, and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements Manage and guide MEP teams and subcontractors to complete works on time and within quality standards Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements
:Must be currently available in the UAE Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor in fit-out, construction, or renovation projects Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications Good leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
