Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on
MEP Supervisor
with3-5 years of experience
in theinterior fit-out industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across fit-out projects, ensuring they are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site MEP activities across multiple fit-out projects. Review MEP drawings, plans, and specifications and ensure proper implementation. Coordinate with MEP subcontractors and other trades to avoid conflicts. Monitor MEP installations and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment for MEP works. Attend project and site coordination meetings; report progress and issues. Resolve technical issues in coordination with consultants and project managers. Maintain site records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Requirements:
3-5 years
of hands-on experience as anMEP Supervisor
in theinterior fit-out industry
. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Familiarity with local codes, standards, and authority approvals. Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.Job Type: Full-time
