Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

MEP Supervisor

with a valid

UAE Driving License

to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

systems. The candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring high-quality execution of work, and coordinating transportation to different project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of MEP technicians and subcontractors at project sites. Plan, assign, and monitor daily work schedules, ensuring timely and quality completion of tasks. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents for MEP systems. Ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Conduct regular inspections to verify progress, quality, and compliance with safety and building codes. Troubleshoot issues related to MEP works and provide effective technical solutions. Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and equipment for ongoing site activities. Prepare daily/weekly reports on manpower, work progress, and material usage. Drive to and from different work locations using a company-provided vehicle, as required. Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies at worksites. Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and clients regarding technical and site requirements. Train and mentor technicians to improve their skills and efficiency.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in MEP supervision (construction/maintenance/FM industry preferred). Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Familiarity with

UAE regulations, standards, and safety codes

. Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites/projects.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
