Job Summary:

The MEP Supervisor oversees mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works at construction or maintenance sites. This role ensures that all MEP activities are planned, executed, and completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily MEP site activities with technicians and subcontractors. Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications for MEP works. Plan and monitor installations, maintenance, and repair tasks for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Conduct inspections to ensure work is carried out as per project requirements and safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare progress reports, material requisitions, and work schedules. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Train and guide team members to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years experience in MEP works, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and site management procedures.

Work Environment:

Site-based with regular coordination across various construction disciplines. May require working extended hours to meet project deadlines.
