Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
Create and manage weekly maintenance schedules for multiple sites.
Lead and monitor a multi-disciplinary team of technicians.
Oversee all MEP installations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
Ensure HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems operate efficiently.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts across sites.
Coordinate with contractors, internal departments, and suppliers.
Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
Assist in budget preparation and resource planning.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience
as an MEP Supervisor in a facilities or maintenance role.
Experience managing
teams of 10+ employees
across
multiple locations
.
Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Valid UAE manual driving license
is
mandatory
.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and health & safety standards.
High school diploma required; technical diploma or trade certification preferred.
Professional certifications (e.g., HVAC, CMRP) are a plus.
