We are seeking a skilled and experienced

MEP Supervisor

with 3-4 years of proven experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

systems, along with excellent communication and site supervision skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate MEP activities on construction/maintenance sites. Ensure all MEP works are completed as per project specifications and timelines. Monitor subcontractors' work and ensure quality control standards. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports. Manage site manpower and material requirements effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients for smooth workflow. Troubleshoot MEP issues and provide on-site solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years of relevant MEP supervision experience in the UAE. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents. Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Manual UAE Driving License (Preferred, but not mandatory).

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,500 (based on experience and skills). Company-provided accommodation and transport (optional/if applicable). Other benefits as per UAE labor law.
