Job Description

We are currently seeking a

highly skilled and experienced MEP Supervisor

to join our team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing maintenance teams and overseeing comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections to assess facility conditions and identify maintenance needs. Develop and implement weekly maintenance schedules; assign and supervise tasks to technical staff. Lead, train, and supervise a team of technicians, including electricians, plumbers, and HVAC specialists. Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all MEP systems. Ensure efficient functioning and upkeep of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Assist in the preparation and management of maintenance and operational budgets. Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts. Coordinate maintenance, repair, and renovation activities with internal teams and contractors. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in an MEP supervisory or facilities maintenance role. Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Good understanding of preventive maintenance and health & safety practices. Experience in team management and budget control. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. High school diploma required; technical diploma or vocational training preferred. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., HVAC, CMRP) are an advantage.

Valid UAE manual driving license is mandatory.

Sales experience or sales-oriented mindset will be considered a plus.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
