Job Title: MEP Supervisor

Location: UAE (Site-based)

Industry: Construction / MEP Contracting

Reporting to: Project Engineer / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP activities (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) on site. Review MEP drawings, specifications, and method statements; ensure work aligns with project requirements. Manage subcontractors and in-house labor to ensure timely and quality execution of work. Monitor material availability, tools, and equipment needed on-site. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations and DEWA / DCD / Municipality standards. Coordinate with civil and finishing teams to avoid clashes or rework. Attend site progress meetings and provide regular updates to project management.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP supervision. Familiarity with local authority regulations (DEWA, DM, DCD). Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Good leadership and communication skills. Able to read and interpret drawings.
Hindi proficiency is a must .

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
