Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation and maintenance projects. The role requires a deep understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems along with a strong background in engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate MEP installation and maintenance Contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Oversee HVAC installation and maintenance, Electrical installation and maintenance, and Plumbing installation and maintenance activities.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to plan and execute MEP projects effectively and efficiently.

Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and safety protocols are maintained.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.

Provide technical guidance and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.

Proven experience in MEP coordination, particularly in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing installation and maintenance.

Strong understanding of construction and FM maintenance practices, codes, and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
