Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced
MEP Supervisor
to join our team at FirstPoint Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works, with a minimum of5 years of UAE experience
in a similar supervisory role.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality Prepare detailed quotations and material take-offs (BOQ) Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Ensure all works are completed within deadlines and in line with project targets Supervise MEP technicians and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP supervision Strong technical knowledge in MEP systems Ability to prepare quotations and estimates accurately Excellent client coordination and communication skills UAE driving license is a plus
