We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HVAC Systems and electrical systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of working independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and project management teams. Regularly monitor progress and quality of work. Perform thorough inspections and ensure systems comply with technical standards. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation and inspection records.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 4-6 years' supervisory UAE experience in MEP projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
