Mep Supervisor
Job Description
Responsible to manage all the MEP related issues of undertaken projects, tendering for jobs in hand, negotiating price and finalizing MEP subcontractors.
Procurement of MEP material for sites.
Responsible for mobilization of MEP projects.
Responsible for MEP services for site use.
Responsible to arrange necessary NOCs from the authorities related with MEP works.
Procurement and managing subcontract agreements.
Reporting to directors about the standing, proceeding and prospective handing over of projects.
Estimation and quoting for new jobs with various clients.
Cost controller for in hand MEP jobs.
Understand the requirements of Authorities, especially Civil Defense, Etisalat, and DEWA.
Supports and recommends preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, Electrical, water supply, and drainage systems,
Provides technical support to the team when needed. -
Experience supervising within the HVAC, fire system, plumbing,
Analysis of Plumbing Material consumption.
On-site management of labor Internal and external plumbing.
Coordinates with third party vendors in the delivery of maintenance.
Layout wires and pipes to complete HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, systems
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability.
Respond to emergency situations in order to resolve issues on an immediate Basis.
Perform general maintenance on HVAC, Plumbing, Fire systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
