Mep Supervisor
Job Description
Job Summary:
Oversees the operation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facility performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise MEP technicians, contractors, and vendors.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems.
Ensure compliance with QCS, Kahramaa, and Civil Defense standards.
Conduct system inspections and report issues to the MEP Engineer or Facility Manager.
Maintain records, schedules, and reports of maintenance activities.
Ensure safety compliance and provide technical guidance to team members.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experience in MEP/FM operations.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
Good leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
