Job Description

We are seeking a

highly skilled and experienced MEP Supervisor

with strong expertise in

facility management operations

. The ideal candidate will oversee daily MEP activities, supervise technicians, ensure preventive and corrective maintenance, and support the smooth functioning of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesMEP Operations & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day MEP maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Lead and coordinate MEP technicians, ensuring efficient work allocation and task completion. Conduct routine inspections to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance. Monitor and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Facility Management Support

Ensure building systems are fully operational and maintained according to FM standards. Troubleshoot MEP issues and provide technical guidance to the team. Maintain proper documentation for work orders, inspections, maintenance logs, and reports.

Safety & Compliance

Enforce HSE policies and ensure compliance with Qatar regulations. Monitor safety practices during all maintenance activities. Ensure all works follow company procedures, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for MEP works and material needs. Prepare daily/weekly reports and communicate effectively with line managers. Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials necessary for MEP maintenance.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma

in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.

Minimum 7-10 years of experience

in MEP maintenance, including

at least 5 years in Qatar

within Facility Management. Strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, plumbing, and fire systems. Proven experience supervising MEP teams within commercial, residential, or mixed-use facilities. Excellent knowledge of

preventive and corrective maintenance procedures

. Experience in using

CAFMs or ERP systems

(e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX) is an advantage. Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills.

Valid Qatar Driving License

is preferred.
