Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
MEP Supervisor
to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, compliance with safety standards, and high-quality execution of all MEP activities.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion. Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and standards. Manage manpower, materials, and equipment requirements efficiently. Prepare progress reports and provide technical support to the team.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in MEP supervision. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and installation standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
