Mep Supervisor
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the MEP maintenance team within the tower.
Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed as per schedule and standards.
Oversee subcontractors and verify compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
Conduct inspections of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Prepare reports, work permits, and documentation for maintenance activities.
Liaise with the client's facility management team and provide technical support when required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance/supervision, preferably in high-rise towers.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Must have a valid Qatar Driving License.
