Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. Ensure MEP installations are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and local authority regulations. Plan, schedule, and allocate work to technicians, foremen, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines. Monitor progress, quality, and workmanship of MEP activities on-site. Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and other disciplines to resolve technical and site issues. Verify and ensure correct installation of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting, and electrical). Prepare and maintain site reports, daily progress updates, and inspection requests. Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies at site. Assist in material inspections, quantity verifications, and inventory control.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor in construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial). Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, installation practices, and authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DDA, DEWA, Emaar, etc.). Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and specifications. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise technicians and subcontractors. Strong communication and coordination skills with consultants and project teams. Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and handover procedures. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
