3-5 years UAE experience as MEP Supervisor
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and HVAC
Ability to figure out and solve the MEP and Technical errors.
Leadership quality to control 10+ employees.
Work schedule and cordination.
Day to day maintenance report making.
English: speaking and writing
Arabic: Speaking
Hindi: Speaking
Valid UAE manual Driving License
Commercial ,residential properties working experience .
Facilities management working knowledge.
Familiar with Abu Dhabi roads and streets.
