We are seeking an experienced

MEP Supervisor

to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for our ongoing projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and proven experience managing MEP activities in accordance with UAE standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all MEP site activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications. Coordinate between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure smooth execution of works. Review drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure accurate implementation. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and report site issues to the Project Engineer/Manager. Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and authorities when required. Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years of UAE experience

in MEP supervision. Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field. Strong understanding of MEP systems, installation requirements, and industry standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with UAE safety standards. Good communication and leadership skills. Knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

Experience in facilities management projects. Valid UAE driving license.
