Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day MEP operations and maintenance activities on site. Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving MEP-related issues. Review and verify materials, tools, and equipment required for maintenance works. Prepare daily and weekly reports on work progress, issues, and recommendations. Liaise with contractors, clients, and internal teams for smooth execution of work. Support in testing, commissioning, and handover processes for new MEP installations. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. Minimum
4-6 years
of experience in MEP maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, pumps, and fire fighting systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Good communication and reporting skills. Familiar with safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.Job Type: Full-time
