Job Description
We are seeking a motivated
MEP Supervisor
with at least3 years of hands-on experience
in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. The ideal candidate should be capable of supervising on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of MEP tasks. Avalid driving license
is required, as site visits and material follow-ups may be necessary.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day MEP works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) at the project/site. Read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and schedules. Ensure installation and work execution are done as per approved plans and safety standards. Coordinate with other trades (civil, architectural) to avoid clashes and delays. Monitor progress and quality of MEP work and ensure timelines are met. Support the testing and commissioning process of MEP systems. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members. Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and manpower on-site. Maintain daily site reports, inspection logs, and documentation. Drive to project sites as needed for supervision or follow-ups.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
