Job Description
General Foreman -Civil / MEP
Supervise and manage on-site Civil & MEP installation and construction teams, ensuring safety and technical compliance.
Coordinate MEP subcontractors and vendors for timely task execution.
Monitor daily work activities for adherence to safety standards, quality control, and regulations.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and supervisors for MEP integration with other project disciplines.
Maintain quality, efficiency, and adherence to budgets and project schedules.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving MEP-related technical issues.
Enforce safety protocols, especially for electrical systems, machinery, and heavy equipment.
Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks coordinate with the labours and assist in their job
Need to good in communication within English, Hindi & Arabic is advantage
Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of labour, materials, and progress.
Education:
Secondary School/Diploma CertificateExperience :
