Must have worked as MEP Supervisor with minimum of 3 years.
Detailed understanding and proven capability of working with a CAFM system;
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To be technically proficient in an MEP discipline, ensuring all paperworks such as daily record sheets, reports and photos are prepared and promptly received at the Head Office as per the required frequency.
2. Ensure all client tasks are carried out to a high standard paying special attention to quality and safety.
3. Comply with all Health & Safety requirements: to include issuing and reviewing risk assessments, method statements, safe systems of work, tool box talks etc.
4. Ensure strict communications are kept between himself/herself, the technical teams, the client and the other interested parties.
5. Management of the workforce and tasks at specific sites including the development of contract delivery to the end user.
6. Assures that Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are maintained in conformity with the already drafted plan.
7. Carries out routine inspections for the jobs accomplished by Technicians and Service Partners.
