We are hiring: Site Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical systems and proven experience in overseeing large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed inspections of MEP works to ensure alignment with design specifications, safety standards, and relevant regulations. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and recommend corrective measures to maintain schedule compliance. Review materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards. Maintain comprehensive inspection records, including daily site reports, safety documentation, and quality control checklists. Collaborate with construction teams for the efficient execution of Electrical installations . Enforce site safety standards, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols related to MEP works. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment. Support testing and commissioning activities, ensuring MEP systems are operational and meet required performance standards prior to handover. Exhibit proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic site conditions. Ensure compliance with international standards and regional codes, particularly those relevant in the Middle East/GCC.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. 4-5 years of experience in MEP inspection on large-scale projects such as industrial facilities, logistics hubs, residential villas, and commercial & Residential buildings. In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, construction standards, and regulatory codes. Proficiency in MS Office and inspection reporting tools. Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with AutoCAD and other MEP design and coordination software. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and handle multiple projects at the same time.
