is hiring a qualified
MEP Site Engineer
to join our construction team for ongoing projects inDubai
.Position:
MEP Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
Supervise
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
works on site and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Coordinate daily activities between site teams, consultants, and suppliers. Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and method statements related to MEP systems. Prepare daily progress reports and ensure quality and safety compliance on site. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to keep the project on schedule. Ensure adherence to theDubai Building Code (DBC)
and local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.).Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
. Minimum3 years of experience in Dubai
in villa or building construction. Strong knowledge ofHVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Electrical systems
. Proficiency inAutoCAD
andMS Office
(experience withRevit MEP
is a plus). Excellent communication, coordination, and site management skills. UAE driving license is an advantage.Location:
Project sites within
Dubai
