We are looking for ELECTRICAL ENGINEER URGENTLY having UAE experience!

Requirements/Qualification:

Must have SOE AND DEWA card, has experience in designing and site inspections and handing over to authorities. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Must have 7 years of UAE experience on the same field. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Proficiency in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, etc.). Experience in designing Electrical, HVAC, Tel, Fire Fighting, HAP Calculation, Drainage and Water drawings. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:

Design and plan the layout and specifications for mechanical, electrical systems in buildings, considering the building's purpose and occupancy. Perform load calculations to determine the heating, cooling, electrical, and Water Supply, requirements of a building. Select appropriate equipment, components, and materials for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical and Water filtration System considering energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensure that all design work complies with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards to guarantee safety and legal compliance. Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable design principles to reduce the environmental impact and operational costs of the building. Coordinate the integration of MEP systems with other architectural and structural components of the building. Prepare cost estimates and budgets for MEP systems and materials, and assist in value engineering to optimize costs. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals involved in the building design and construction process to ensure the seamless integration of MEP systems.
