Review and comment on contractor submissions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
Evaluate value engineering proposals and recommend cost-effective design or execution alternatives.
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities to facilitate approvals and resolve technical matters.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation required for project handover and regulatory compliance.
Review variation claims, validate interim payment applications, and highlight opportunities for cost optimization.
Oversee site activities to ensure adherence to approved quality standards and inspection procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
Available to join immediately.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years' supervision experience with a consultancy firm.
Solid technical background in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, or electrical systems.
Familiar with inspection protocols and applicable codes and standards (local and international).
Skilled in AutoCAD, with strong attention to detail in coordination and reporting.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
