Job Description
Seeking MEP Quantity Surveor Estimator . To review tender and raise RFI . Conduct site visit and take survey the requirements and take available information. Prepare BOQ and Quantity take off from Tender drawings. In case of Design and Built take estimation on the basis of scope briefed. Raise RFQ to concerned suppliers and gather pricing when required. to be aware of all pricing and unit rates required. coordinate with sales team to collect information. Coordinate with supplier to take material pricing during tender. Estimate Manpower requirements, Estimate work hours for each activities preperation of Budget in material precruient, Manpoer requirement. Develop standard chart of productivity track Materials remotely. Preperation of quotes with review of management. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- UAE: 2 years (Required)
- Estimation: 2 years (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
